All orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground. In officiating the first impression is important which is why at REEQ USA we use quality boxes or padded envelopes with custom labeling so your equipment arrives in perfect condition looking the part!
Orders under $119 the shipping and handling cost is $9.99
Orders over $119 the shipping and handling cost is $15.99
Canada Shipping is a flat rate of $39.99 which includes all duties being pre-paid so your package will arrive without any customs delays. Canada shipping times are 2-7 business days depending on location. You will receive tracking with an estimate delivery date once the order ships.
Free shipping on any order over $215! This discount is auto applied in your shopping cart at checkout. (excludes AK/HI/CANADA/INTL)
Orders will be processed and confirmed within 24 hours and are ready to ship the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday will be processed and ship the next business day.

Once you have received a product and you do not want it for any reason, please send it back to us for a refund or an exchange.
Simply return the product with a copy of the packing list and identify what products are being returned and whether you want to:

Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and your selected replacement product is shipped back to you at no additional cost provided the item required is in stock.
We have a money back guarantee for all items returned unused within 30 days of shipment. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all original tags attached or a repackaging fee may apply.
Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
If you received free shipping for an order over $215 and request a refund you will be refunded the original price of the items less the free shipping discount.
